      To initiate a return, you must first send photo and video proof of the damage or defect of the product, along with images of the original packaging, to our customer service team at info@loveopedia.shop within [30] days of the purchase date. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    2. Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect the photos and videos you provided, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

    3. Return Instructions

      You will need to ship the product back to the return address provided. This will be paid by us. 

    4. Exchanges

      Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. To replace an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order.
